This one is most likey just colored and it´s not the best of cachacas, far from it. It´s produced for the masses abroad or so i believe.

It tasts not really good when you drink it neat, like a cheep rum. Sharp and alcoholic.
But it's a great upgrade in a Caipirinha. It makes the Caipi smooth and taste is total different to the white Cachacas. Availability here in Germany is bad, very rare. You can't buy it separately, just in boxes with 6 bottles.

I like this cachaca. My fellow reviewers did not. It's a bit thin, I admit, but there is enough here to keep me interested. Some spice, some grass, some citrus. Not top shelf, but a solid back-up.

The flavor reminded me of an aged Agricole I have, but when I tried them side by side the complexity was not even close. I have seen this for over $30 which is silly, got some on closeout for $10 at which price I consider it a bargain.

Edit - I have raised my rating of this from 5 to 7 because I have found it works wonderfully in Mai Tais in place of the aged agricole rhum.

This one is even worse than the pura in my opinion. Obviously not a great product to begin with, it seems after aging it doesnt get any better, i find it got worse IMO... Avoid !
