Ron blanco con notas de ciruelas y uvas pasas. Para mi gusto, demasiado sabor a alcohol al final.
Some grassy notes similar to an agricole.
"Fresh cut cane and some citrus notes – freshly squeezed lemo."
Try to get a well lit shot from the front of the rum label

Young German Rum (maybe a good experiment for further aging)

I have the 60% overproof version, Batch 2, Bottle Nr. 30 of 333.
The smell is like if you mixed a caipirinha (lime with sugar)
It has something stinging at first (alcoholic sharpness). Either you dilute it or you wait.
Smell: Limes (dominate), sugar syrup / cane, grapes
Taste: grapes, plum fruit brandy, at the end some mushrooms (common in young distillates made from molasses).
Aftertaste: fruit (similar to Appleton)
Yeah, I didn't know that before. It is an innovation, but the target group will be limited to a few virtuosos who want to create a unique cocktail. You can sip it, but the question is: why do you want that with such a wide range of aged rums?
