Tried a glass of Ron Palido which is a sweet and spicy mixer rum from Spanish producer Ron Montero. This expression, the Ron Palido, is made using vacuum distillation and aged for 3 years before it is bottled. Goes okay in cocktails and mixed drinks, not for neat sipping. Harsh when neat sipped.

No conocía que en España se hiciera Ron hasta que me regalaron esta botella de Ron Motrileño. Buen producto para beber solo o combinado.

Sipping was a bad idea, mixing was a good idea, drinking several of them was a great idea. Buying a bottle and only ever drinking it mixed? The best idea.
