from the moment u sip it u feel your palate delighted by a wonderfull strong banana and papaya taste, rich woody notes well ballanced by the smooth after. although the after could have been longer.

Aroma not nice - something unpleasant, but very hard to identify. First taste is smooth, but after more and more dry ending in woody aftertaste. Nothing special ...

When I experienced the first sip I was surprised, because I noticed the toffee and Hazelnut flavors on the palate, with the initial heat. The sweetness is not so dominant this time, it rather appears later in the aftertaste where is cuts the heating in your throat. The finish is long and leaves you with hints of sweet vanilla.
I have the same recommendation for the Ron Mulata 15 as for Havana Club 7, they are in my opinion best served chilled rather than with room temperature. Or better way, enjoy it with a good quality cigar.

This is a top of the line Cuban rum. Smooth and lighter start than some of its aged Cuban peer rums, but solid finish. Mulata 15 can compete with a Havana Club 15 yr old but is considerably cheaper. Goes very well with medium bodied cigars.

I expected more from this 15 year rum! It must been stored in Whiskey cask. It gets better after around 15 minutes briefing.

Low tones in the nose. Covered with the pure scent of alcohol. The taste has a bit of a kick in it.. The finish leaves you with the taste of whisky. In my tasting there is to little sugar and body in this rum..

i can t see 15 years old rum here, not the color, aroma or taste are enough, synthetic
sweetness in the mouth, a little bitter aftertaste

Not bad ron. Actually the nose is much better that taste. It is fairly sweet and fruity than nosing but wooden and dry with small acidity on tasting. Definitely worth to taste at least once )
