Ron Millonario Reserva Especial 15 rum is created from molasses using a 1930's Scottish column still and aged in American and Slavonian oak casks up to 15 years using the solera blending method.
The Ron Millonario company was founded in 1950, and in 2004 was purchased by the Italian Fabio Rossi.

En af de første flasker jeg købt og den står stadig, som en af de bedste jeg har smagt. Alt passer bare sammen, smag, duft og eftersmagen giver et indblik i hvordan en rom skal sættes sammen.

Denne rom er simpelthen fantastisk. Den har en dejlig tung sødme og samtidig er der nogle spændende krydderet noter i baggrunden. Både i duft og smag.
Jeg kan ikke andet end anbefale denne rom.
Rum eccellente, tra i migliori che ho bevuto. Sapore persistente di caramello e un caratteristico retrogusto di vaniglia. Da accompagnare ad un buon pezzo di cioccolata fondente al 99%.

Sweet pleasant aroma. Smooth aftertaste gently warming the throath :-).
In my personal chart is on the level litlle bit higher than El Dorado 12y. Perfect for sipping.

Sweet with a nice addition. Still one of the best rums from the sweet category I have ever tasted. Plus best price/value rum on the market!

Surely one of the best out there! Well balanced, juicy with carribean freshness and smoky flavour. Caramel, coconut and honey. Rich taste with long appearance. For cigar lovers I recommend a combination with a Montecristo No.2!
