A bit of vanilla and oak from the younger rum but the added sugar always takes over.

A little to sweet for my taste. But i like the almonds, and tropic dried fruits.

I dont understand the 9 and 10 reviews here, but maeby my bottle is from a lesser year? (it is 6/7 years old)

Stor fan af denne rom som vinder jo mere jeg drikker den. Kan sagtens tåle en halv time i glasset før indtagelse, hvormed endnu mere sødme frigives

This rum has never let me down though it's way to sweet, but always brings a smile to my face. Brown sugar caracter and a smoothe spicy finish that evens out the sweetness very nicely. Highly recomended to "first timers" as well.

This rum first smelt like gasoline. But was surprisingly sweet, hitting like a woodsy lemon and finishing like butterscotch. Much different flavours than the usual suspects in the mid-range priced rums. Refreshingly different.

Extremely quoffable - 4 of us polished a bottle off in chamonix in under an hour...

Sweet rum with a strong treacle flavour leading, the nose is brilliant perhaps the best I have smelt. Packaging is interesting but awkward the handle is apt to catch on other bottles. Mixing with cola (Yes I did it) reduces this to parity with cheaper rums its really made to be sipped over ice . Recommended
