This rum is definitely not meant to be had on its own. Either way, there are much better rums at the same price point.

I never really liked this rum even back in my college party days. The harshness overpowers flavors that are not impressive to begin with. This is what you give to guests you don’t particularly like so as not to waste your good rum.

Yes, I have tasted it, but I'm trying to avoid it. There are even worse ones, but hopefully I don't have to taste them.

Didn't really enjoy this one was given it straight on a bus trip and told to drink.

Just a shelf rum nothing special... Can be great with coke...

If you're trying to impress your friends that buy cheap white rum, the gold color will do it, but that's all that it's good for. Doesn't really deserve to be called rum.

All my ratings in here comes from straight up.
This is dreadfull for that.
Nose is OK, some vanilla, some spices and weak touch of fruit the alcohol dominates though.
Taste is dreadfull: Alcohol, more alcohol, dominates the plate
Aftertaste: some oak and a burn..

NOT for sipping... Blend only. Dreadfull balance.

Ok to get alcohol content up into a drink. Or if you need a rum toddy because you are sick.
