Abuelo Gran Reserva 12-Year

Classic spanish style, sweetish side, but also stron alko nose and first burn. I'd say similar to the Ron Cristobal Santa Maria. Should be easy sipper, but actually the first burn ans nose makes it not very easy.

For the money, a great rum. Everyone who tried it at the picnic liked it. It came with a cigar along with the good food.

Good balanced, not to sweet, tropical fruit, barrel, good and long aftertaste

I like this one. Kind of good price vs taste combo.

Nice smelling off the start, definitely has an alcohol kick! Sharp in the mouth, vanilla, caramel, not too sticky. Very pleasant aftertaste. Very easy to drink too much of this!

Vůně: Kandované ovoce, dřevo plné pryskyřice, koření, příjemná
Chuť: Kořeněná, ovocná, dřevitá, nasládlá, tabák
Dochuť: Dřevitá, sladší, koření, tabák
Velmi příjemné, hřejivé.

Good sweet rum, easy to drink but nothing special.

Tasting notes are quite specific, perhaps because this was rum 4 of 4 that day, and are as follows
"This is a dusty rum" and
"This rum tastes like I am drinking a book!!"
and "woot! woot! Rum #100!"

Azzal kezdeném , hogy iszonyat megfordult ennek az üvegnek a véleménye a fejemben 1 év alatt , bár az is lehet , hogy csak én nőttem fel oda ízlésben inkább.Egy évvel ezelőtt vettem meg és bontva is lett akkor .. azóta lett jó pár másik üveg a repertoárban és visszatérve erre iszonyat meglepetés ért.

Ilat : dohány , kakaó és nekem egy erős meggy/cseresznyehús / kompót illat, és ez régen nem ilyen volt érzésre.

Íz : erősebb alkohol az elején de utána kellemes melegség , dohány és kakaó és egy szárazabb ízvilág

Csak tisztán !

Got to be up there with some of my favourite rums, just so nice and easy to drink!
