Jk never been!
Found this at a liquor store in Mexico City and thought I’d try a flask of the stuff since Cuban hoods are still banned; nevertheless, I’ve had may share of Havana Club and Cubay. It’s flavor was better than I had expected, but rife with additives and coloring, I suspect to give it an aged Spanish rum appearance. Because, in reality, this is juice is from Mexico, and they do a pretty good job obfuscating that fact.
Which is a shame, because Mexican rum is not a bad thing, but maybe not enough people are aware of it. Nevertheless, additives are not my favorite qualities in food or drink, so… adios!
