Esprit de Krewe Rock 'n' Rum

First of all, Rollin's Distillery is the bee's knees and their Rock n Rum is my favorite of all of their spirits! You can drink it neat, on ice, or in a cocktail and they will all taste amazing! In my picture, I was drinking the adult version of a Butterbeer, made by Patrick himself! It wasn't diabeetus type 12 sweet like the Butterbeer from Harry Potter World, which is really nice and it was boozy..but not too boozy I couldn't enjoy the actual novelty of the drink! Even if you're not huge into sweet-flavored alcohols, this one is well balanced and doesn't hurt your teeth like most of them do. Highly recommend!

This one won the day when we visited the distillery. Lightly sweet and oh so enjoyable it is fantastic in anything or just by itself.

We bought a tasting on Groupon and I’m glad we did. It is one of the best tasting rums I’ve ever had.

My hubby and I purchased a bottle after taking the tour and tasting experience. It has a very distinct flavor and is good alone or in a Rum and Coke. On our next trip through Navarre we will be stopping again to see what selections are available. Just sorry we live 10 hours away!

Literally liquid gold. Goes particularly well in any kind of flip cocktail. The artwork on the bottle is also very cool.

Technically a liqueur, this sweetened rum is delicious with cocktails or all by itself.
