This was the first agricole rum i tasted.
On the nose floral, citrusy, fruity
On the palate all that with slightly harsh alcoholic taste and some acidic grassiness.
Finishes quite short and dry.
Not preferably for sipping but goes down ok when its chilled, but as a mixer its very good stuff.
Had a bottle in Nice next to beach activities. Dry and pretty agressive agricole, although only being 40%. But! It works very well in cubla libres and mojitos as the producer mentions. It is a blend of three white agricoles. Definitely worth checking out, as the bottle was only 8 euros. Will hammer you away nicely with sun and sea! 6.4, maybe 6.8-6.9 on a good day.
