A light, refreshing, slightly sweet rum. The sweetness does not overpower which makes it not only great on ice, but also a perfect mixable compliment in a cocktail! Enjoy this california rum!

At 86 proof this rum is initially spicy and hot on the palate. An unaged rum, it brings to mind rum fresh off the still with a tight refreshing cut in hearts, clean. Then the sweetness appears, all the sugars that are extracted from the cane molasse. Good aromatic notes of brown sugar when you get past the heat. For a white rum, it makes a perfect cocktail. Adding ingredients, the Rums aromas open the way a whiskey does. Flavor and aroma bloom!
