This one have been on my shelf for a while, but now it was time to check it out during some warm summer days out in the Stockholm archipelago.
The aromas is dry, fresh, fruity, vegetable and spicy. I recognize lime, pepper and hints of liquorice.
In mouth and palate it’s dry, sugar cane sweet, earthy, peppery and fruity. I believe I can recognize mango and apricot.
The finish is quite long with taste of cane, lime and pepper.
Overall a typical Martinique Blanc that works well neat and is very good in a TiPunch.
Pictures: My opened bottle and a poured glass & In a Ti Punch, both out in the Stockholm archipelago.
