Clement Canne Bleue made from just blue cane is a limited AOC Agricole that is released yearly, since the year 2000, in small quantities. So this 17th edition.
The aromas is very pleasant, flowery and grassy. I recognize lime and pepper and I’m getting a feeling that it’s an Ti Punch I have in the glass.
In mouth and palate is dry and rustic alongside with the taste of lime, pepper and sweetness from the sugar cane.
The finish is rather long and balanced.
Finally it makes a extremely smooth Ti Punch, even without sugar.
