Tasted this one yesterday evening together with some other Blanc Agricole’s as references.
With an ABV of 55% it’s of course quite strong especially in nose and on the palate.
It’s fruity (Tropical fruits), grassy, spicy with some sweetness.
It’s possible to detect sweet melon, mango, pepper and also citrus especially during the quite long finish.
Overall a typical AOC Blanc Agricole possible to sip and probably great in a Ti Punch.
