Barely drinkable, hard to swallow
It’s not a rhum but a liquer to be used in coctails. Brave ones can tey and drink it straight ice cold - then the sugars won’t be too much detected
Visited the Saint James distillery while vacationing in Martinique. Nice distillery tour followed by a full open tasting bar. Saint James Cristal Coco was priced at EUR 7 per bottle at the distillery. Pretty decent bottle and label design. Traditional very dry Rhum Agricole flavors complemented with plenty of grass, floral notes and an awful coconut essence to your nose and palate. Strong burn at the end. Rhum Agricole lovers can add 2 points to the score.
