This hits all the high notes for nose, alcohol concentration, flavor profile and smoothness. None of that candy-in-a-bottle business, the sweetness that's detectable upfront comes from (uncharred) white wine and cognac casks, and quickly makes way for a dry finish without any hint of sugar at all. It's about 30 euros (steep, but see Labat rhum vieux or Bellevue 1821 10 yr for comparison), and one of the best values for any aged rhum agricole I've encountered.
Visited Guadeloupe over the Holidays and had a bottle of Rhum Bielle Premium Ambré. Pretty nice and sturdy bottle design. Golden color. Traditional Rhum Agricole flavors complemented with plenty of grass and strong oak to your nose and palate. Strong burn at the end.
