Sehr, sehr helles Strohgelb im Glas, schon fast klar.
In der Nase angenehm und lecker. Frische tropische Früchten, Mango, Papaya, Ananas, Banane und ein Krümel Kokosnuss, bedeckt mit einer Schicht fein zerbröselten Spekulatius Kekse. Perlender Schaumwein läuft über mit Moos bewachsenen Holzdauben herunter und benetzt die süssen Brösel.
Am Gaumen weich und warm. Karamell und Vanille gesellen sich zu den tropischen Früchten, verschmelzen und transformieren sich zu neuen Geschmackserlebnissen. Hölzer und fremde Gewürze sitzen an den Schaltern der Geschmacksknospen, Tannine lotsen geschickt die geheimen Aromen durch das Labyrinth.
Im Abgang samtig und lang. Die Transformation ist mit dem letzten Tropfen am Gaumen vollendet und klingt wahrhaftig nach. Karamell und Vanille bleiben etwas länger als die Früchte, Hölzer und Harze bleiben auf der Zunge kleben.
