Ok. To start this rum is actually from the Cayman Spirits Company. It's a wonderful mixing rum and has a fantastic spice profile; hints of cinnamon, vanilla, caramel will send your tongue on an adventure and give your belly a warm, fuzzy feeling. Great for the holidays and get togethers.

Christmas Break spent at Cayman Islands tasting Rum. Governor's Reserve Spiced Rum has a nice and unique bottle and label design. Golden color. Plenty of cinnamon and vanilla mixed with unaged alcohol to the nose and palate when neat sipped. Strong burn at the end.
