Multiple | Aged | 40% ABV | Pot and Column Still Distilled
Plantation XO 20th Anniversary rum is a combination of pot-stilled and column-stilled Barbadian rums that are initially aged in the Caribbean in ex-bourbon casks for 12-20 years. They are then transported to France for a second 12-18 months aging in small French oak casks.
The first bottle of Plantation XO 20th Anniversary was created for the head of Cognac Ferrand Estate Alexandre Gabriel to honor his 20th year running the company. This special gift has resulted in the bottling we see today.

Great rum with perfect taste. Vanilla, licorice, caramel. Very drinkable and excellent value. I buy often
Rich, desserty, crème, vanilla upfront. I used to sell this one and it was my favorite.

Great looking bottle. Tastes good to me.
Worth a try especially when on offer.
Tried this first time from my father-in-law. A very good sipper, just a little bit better than Diplomatico reserva exclusiva. I like it best with one cube of ice.

When I first opened the bottle I thought it was ok but nothing special but I kept going back to it.
It defiantly got better after opening and now is one of my favorites.
And the bottle is just cool.

Quite smooth, sweet, many recognizable tastes, one of my all time favorites.
he is at a price category, where you already want some kind of perfestion, not in all registers, but in some, but he lecks of this. the rest is quite professional, smooth, fine and even not too standart, so i would give him a second go, but not now.
It tastes pretty much like a coconut liqueur.
"An overly sweet saccharin note which make the rum taste artificial. ."

Try to get a well lit shot from the front of the rum label

This plantation has some very very good flavours in it. The bottle is a beautiful bottle which holds some sweet and flavourful content. Sipping this one is interesting. But take a glass or 2 or 3 and you want to finish the whole bottle!
