Multiple | Aged | 40% ABV | Pot and Column Still Distilled
Plantation XO 20th Anniversary rum is a combination of pot-stilled and column-stilled Barbadian rums that are initially aged in the Caribbean in ex-bourbon casks for 12-20 years. They are then transported to France for a second 12-18 months aging in small French oak casks.
The first bottle of Plantation XO 20th Anniversary was created for the head of Cognac Ferrand Estate Alexandre Gabriel to honor his 20th year running the company. This special gift has resulted in the bottling we see today.

Very soft rum, easy to drink, no hard aftertaste. Perfect rum for that price.

Perfekt in allen Bereichen, leicht zu trinken und trotzdem sehr eigener Geschmack. Sehr gute Wahl, obwohl etwas teurer

This rum is little bit overpriced here in Czech Republic. It is very good yet quite sharp for a 20-year (of course a bled with younger rums) old drink. It's totally worth trying as it's taste is interesting, full-bodied and great for those who don't expect really sweet taste, but I would expect more rounded body from such an old guy.

I love this rum, it's buttery, rich, soft and delicious. I do know they add sugar before they bottle to soften it up but done very well and hard to keep it in the house.

I received this bottle as a gift and I was sad when it was gone so fast. I enjoyed the wonderful aroma and long smooth finish this rum offers.
Buy a bottle if you get a chance.

Le meilleur de la gamme plantation. Très beau packaging et gout typique bajan reconnaissable avec ce vieillissement en fut de cognac qui ajoute une touche de brandy dans la palette aromatique. Trop de sucre ajouté par contre ce qui gâche un peu un rhum qui aurait surement valu un 8/10 sans ajout.

Toto byla láska na první ochutnání. Vůně není tak ohromující - ovoce(banán), vanilka, kokos.
Chuť je ale famózní - i když mám rád sladké rumy, tento byť trošku sušší, je asi nejlepší, co jsem zatím ochutnal - znovu banány, tropické ovoce, kokos.
Má navíc parádní dozvuk, vždy se těším na další skleničku. Všem doporučuji!!

Trevlig rom men lite stickig eftersmak. Mycket smak men med en lite besk eftersmak.

Da jeg hældte denne rom i glasset og tog et hurtigt snus. Tænkte jeg oh no. Sprit tør og tjene. Men efter den fik lov at stå et enkelt minut åbnede den sig til den mest behagelige søde duft af vanilje og kokos og et snert af chokolade. Der er stortset ikke alkohol at opfatte i næsen. En af de rom man kan sidde med næsen i hele aftenen.
Smagen er som duften. Dog synes jeg at chokoladen har overtaget. Den har en dejlig smag af fad. Og er slet ikke så sød som jeg havde frygtet. En dejlig rom med karakter.
