Multiple | Aged | 40% ABV | Pot and Column Still Distilled
Plantation XO 20th Anniversary rum is a combination of pot-stilled and column-stilled Barbadian rums that are initially aged in the Caribbean in ex-bourbon casks for 12-20 years. They are then transported to France for a second 12-18 months aging in small French oak casks.
The first bottle of Plantation XO 20th Anniversary was created for the head of Cognac Ferrand Estate Alexandre Gabriel to honor his 20th year running the company. This special gift has resulted in the bottling we see today.

he is at a price category, where you already want some kind of perfestion, not in all registers, but in some, but he lecks of this. the rest is quite professional, smooth, fine and even not too standart, so i would give him a second go, but not now.

It was definitley a delicious rum, but I saved it for a special occasion and thought it was going to be much more than it was. It is very smooth and sweet but felt almost a little fake sweet. Not a whole lot of different flavors going on. I will def buy again though.
One of the better rums for the money. Well rounded, smooth, vanille/caramel.

Rigtig god rom i rigtig flot flaske - ikke for sød, og ikke for meget fersken. Klassisk Barbados
Very much the older, wiser brother of 5 year old plantation, much of the same characteristics but the quality is easily noticed in the 20th anniversary. A nice, easy sipping rum that will warm you up from the inside.

Really nice rum
Quite good, especially for $50 or so a bottle. But I feel like I’ve had better for cheaper. Sooooo… it’s a bit tough to pin down, for now
It tastes pretty much like a coconut liqueur.
"An overly sweet saccharin note which make the rum taste artificial. ."

Try to get a well lit shot from the front of the rum label

I dont even like coconut and still think this is just liquid coconut gold. And very smooth too.
