Multiple | Aged | 40% ABV | Pot and Column Still Distilled

Plantation XO 20th Anniversary rum is a combination of pot-stilled and column-stilled Barbadian rums that are initially aged in the Caribbean in ex-bourbon casks for 12-20 years. They are then transported to France for a second 12-18 months aging in small French oak casks.

The first bottle of Plantation XO 20th Anniversary was created for the head of Cognac Ferrand Estate Alexandre Gabriel to honor his 20th year running the company. This special gift has resulted in the bottling we see today.

Very smooth, not too sweet, excellent nose, practically no alcohol burn. You can feel that last cognac cask it rested briefly. Love it! Wish to find similar taste profile.

It's a perfect rum in many ways. First of all you see this typical Caribbean (Pirate) bottle and then you nothing this great smell.. when you take your first sip it's really soft and a lot of taste I can tell you. Find it out yourself!

This rum has it all! It’s a little sweet, a little woody, a little fruity. Plantation has never made a bad rum in my opinion and this is no exception

Rich, desserty, crème, vanilla upfront. I used to sell this one and it was my favorite.

Amazing rum with a spicy taste. Clear barrel character and a little sweetness. A must have!

It is delicate, mellow and hits all the right notes. A marriage of Bajan ingredients quality with French distillation know-how. Honey, vanilla and mollases!

Light bodied, balanced and sweet. It's not the most nuanced rum out there but for easy enjoyment it's hard to beat.

It is so easy to write about a product with exceptional value.
It is smooth, it has character and it is an explosion of themes. Most prominent vanilla, leather, caramel, coconut and cocoa. It stays and seems to change the theme every once in a while. It is just mesmerizing ....
To make a perfect product even better - ther is the bottle. It is extremely heavy, has a nice straw-binding and a beautiful wooden cap. Just by looking at the bottle you see the difference between high quality and the results even more expensive products can not reach.

So all in all THE perfect combination of taste, quality, and price.

There might be products out there with triple digits price tags, which might match or even surpass the taste of this splendid rum. But I don´t think there is anything out there that can touch this price-quality ratio.
