I taste a hint of peach. Comes in very light, fruity and crisp.
Beautiful light gold color. The nose is about solvents, exotic fruits like pineapple. We find the markers Caroni since it is a rum that comes from this distillery. There is also a characteristic smoke. On the palate, it is very sweet and round, very greedy. Candied fruit, plums but also butter, waffles. A final not very long with a light oak and smoke. Pretty rum.
Mild, sweet, spicy. Interesting hint of cacao in the nose. Good value. Yummy!
reminds me of the 20th Anniversary XO. Good but a bit sweet.
But i couldn't find a picture so i rate it here,it shouldn't be much of a difference.
Easy to drink, fruity in the nose,a new experience. As my Rating sais-recommendable to most
Great aromas, but unfortunately the tastes aren't near as good. Can taste the alcohol, and although consecutive sips reduces the burn and it starts to sweeten out, there are just a lot of better rums in this price point.
Tastes a lot like 10 Cane, so I assume they distilled this for Plantation. It is a very good, light sipping rum. The extra aging has a fairly dramatic effect.
The fruit, that im not entirely sure is citrus, is very faint and over powered by a nice caramel flavour. The white pepper comes in at the end and during the burn. Leaves a pleasant coating on the tongue
Try to get a well lit shot from the front of the rum label
