Délicieux comme la plupart des rhums plantation. Une belle reussite

Aroma: Vůně je suchá, plná starého exotického dřeva. Dále medovina, lak, leštěnka na nábytek, mírně pak kokos. Ingredience jsou tedy podobné, jako u verze 2001, ale tady mi to přijde celkově míň šmrncovní. (85 b)
Chuť: Suchý rum, s těžkou exotickou dřevitostí. Medovina, rozinky. Sladkost malá, asi jen 20%. Z koření je tu cítit hlavně hřebíček. (85 b)
Body: 85/100
Shrnutí: Zakoupeno v Německu v Edece. Oproti verzi 2001 mi tato přijde znatelně slabší.

Nice smooth rum. Sweet notes like other plantation rums with sweet candy like notes and very smooth to the tongue and throughout.

Very nice rum, not very sweet but with nice aromas

A well balanced rum, a little sweet, at the same time strong and full of flavor. Great choice.

I really enjoy the plantation rum series and the Barbados version is my favourite. But after trying more expensive rums I have to say I'd rather make a good cocktail with this one and do myself a favour and drink some rums straight.

I tasted the 2001. Some nice flavors of cocos, banana, oak. I thought it was bit too dry tough. Still, it's a decent rum for price.

I love the Plantation rums. The Barbados versions are my favorite. The 2000 is a nice sipper at a reasonable price.

This rum smells really good. The aroma reminds me the one of the El Dorado 15 years old, a very good reference. Notes of banana are predominant, along with coconut.
On the palate oak, tobacco and leather flavors come first. I found it a bit too dry though, reason of my rating of 7.
