Pampero Especial

I can see why people say this tastes alcoholy but in coke, i really like it. Better than others, hard to locate easily in the UK

Kind of harsh with considerable burn. Complexity just isn't there as the flavors are all over the place. Better mixed as drinking neat isn't a good idea. I would go with a comparable Diplomatico anejo instead, or jump up to Pampero's Anniversario Reserva Exclusiva instead.

Cheap and good for cocktails. Excellent for a party with friends

If you like to mix with cola, use this one! - Wont drink it on the rocks or straight up, to much burning going on.

It is begining, Nice taste of cane, little smells little like ron from philippines.Nice colour from barrels of oak tree. Cheaper ron and that is Why its ripen is shorter and taste not so smooth.

it mixes very well with Coke. I usually squeeze a half lime per drink to cut through the excess sweetness. Play some nice Latino dancing music and you are in heaven.

This is my go to rum when I need something to drink when attending a party for example, then everybody drink some cheap whisky, vodka, and I am happy with my Pampero, and my heart is not broken when I have to leave some for the host when getting our od the party. Taste is not very rich, but it has vibes that I love - wooden flavour.

Definitly I will purchase it again and again in the future

Just wish i could get regular. I found this to be lovely. Little too sweet but otherwise nicely spiced. Was fine to drink neat. Anejo is what i had by the way... In case im reviewing the wrong one

only for long drinks o mixed drinks

I bot a bottle of this for 12€ in Málaga. It tastes pretty smooth and is very sippable for the price. Works extremely well in a mojito!
