Pampero Aniversario was first crafted in 1963 to commemorate the Pampero company’s 25th anniversary. The rum is a blend of rums ranging in maturity from four to six years and aged in whisky and bourbon barrels.
The Pampero distillery was founded by Alejandro Hernández of Venezuela in 1938. The brand is now a division of the world’s largest liquor holding company, Diageo.

Love the aged smell of this rum. Starts off with a sharp bite, but smooths out quickly. Flavor stays in your mouth for a looooong time. Perfect for sipping and enjoying.
Pampero Aniversario Reserva Exclusiva Añejo is a giant in its price class.

One of the best venezuelan rum tasty sweet flavored i prefer drink it on the rocks or Strait, if you havent drink it give it a chance youll be pleased

Smooth rum. I got warm flavours, like nuts, rich pudding. Yet i got a bit of a quickly taste. Not for mixing imo, instead, sip slowly.

For me it belongs in the same category as the Diplomatico. It’s inexpensive, tasty, sweet and a good start for people new into rum.

In Venezuela they know how to make good rum. First I have Diplomatico and now this one. Pampero is really smooth and easy to drink. And that leather sack is cool.

Light color and smooth taste. To me an unknown brand, which i can definately add to my colleaction, with ron zacapa,diplimatico 2000.
