This is a pot stilled rum.. A lot of pineapple and honey flavors.

Perhaps not as funky as it could be, but the funk is definitely there. True to the name, it is also on the drier side. Smooth enough, and mixes well.

Very good starting point to dry rums. Fruits, peat, smoke and some herbs in smell. Some pepper and spice too.

Sweetish aroma, body a bit stronger than expected in a good way though. Strong alcohol taste.

Fine rum to sip, but an underlying taste of bananas that have gone bad whichbis not to my liking

I did not enjoy this rum due to its dry and strong taste and smoked overtones.

Maybe I am not experienced enough, but from my point of view is the taste of this rum too agressive. And as the etiquette says, it's very dry. Taste isn't bad at all and it's worthy to try it.

Tasty but little bit spicy, good taste smell as well, but nothing great, average rum

Nice complicated flavor, not as smooth as their 5yr blend, but at a price that’s hard to beat. I drink it neat; it’s just a nice “everyday” sipper.

Not one of plantation's better offerings. Little rough, bittersweet, toffee

A very likable rum with a clear aroma and taste of arrak. For me as a Swede I can relate to our Swedish “Punch” which is a liquer made of Bataviaarrak. A rum that I could drink more than once a week.
