40%. Guatemalan molasses pot still aged 18-24 months. N: sweet and spicy. Vanilla, oak, molasses. P: very mild. To bad it's so weak. But the flavor is delicious. Nice and dry. Grassy, even. After 15 minutes: I was loving this, but it's starting to turn into cherry cough syrup. Later: something like marshmallows but not quite. Lucky charms? Still, not terrible.
