Bacardi Gran Reserva Diez 10-Year

Para la diferencia de precio me quedo con el 8 años. No gana en cuerpo ni en suavidad. No es malo, pero no lo vale.

A very pleasant surprise. Mild in drinking. Pleasant aroma, slightly sweet, but I like such rums. Gold color.

Sampled at the Laka Lono Rum Club Tasting on 9/28/19. I can't tell any difference between the 8 and 10 year. Perhaps there's a bit more bite at the finish of this one. Save your money and buy the 10 year.

Great surprise for taste buds. Very drinkable. Bit sweet, tobacco, specific taste.

Nice nose. Smooth and relatively full body. Plum. Cold stone. Near perfection.

The initial smell is good with hints of vanilla, but directly followed by alcohol smell burning the nose. The texture is thin and the taste lacks real layers. It’s like the smell, sweet on the tongue but the alcohol burn ruins it.

Picked it up for cheap going through KL, makes a good mixer and sipper at a pinch

Na prawdę nie ma co tutaj mu zarzucić. Duuża różnica in plus w porównaniu do 8 letniego.

Clean and woody. Great for any occasion where your recipe calls for an aged Spanish style, Puerto Rican.

I don't enjoy this over ice. Not enough character. Sweet woody and ethanolly. Not much more.
