Bacardi Gran Reserva Diez 10-Year

I think Bacardi just really lacks that umph that many other rums bring to the table. At 10 yrs and $40 I would expect A LOT more and it just isn't there.

It's a very basic non-complex rum but it's great to sip on. If someone says that Bacardi is hot tr*sh show them this bottle. This one is great neat.

This is great for every day sipping, or even mixing... and the price is pretty good as well

I love this rum. Its smooth and has a great aftertaste but not enough to be overpowering. This is up there with the best I've had.

The aftertaste is long and enjoyable.

The bottle looks very nice but that is to be expected from a brand like Bacardi. The taste is not bad at all and very smooth. It is on the sweeter side, so if you don't like sweet rums you might want to skip this one

I’m not a big fan of Bacardi. Had to drink it with coke. Not for me.

My lasting question is this: why is this worse than the 8 year? Are they going for power?? Stick with the 8 year and let this go.
