Bacardi Gran Reserva Diez 10-Year

Quite sharp alcohol on the nose, which kind of overpowers the pleasant notes of oak and vanilla. On the palate it gains a bit of honey and spice as well (maybe a hint of cola?), but it is probably one of the lightest mouthfeels I have ever tried in a significantly aged rum. Aftertaste is over quite quickly. All in all a good experience, but not quite worth the price in my opinion.

Por el precio, el 8 años es mejor. No habia necesidad de subirlo a 10 años pues la diferencia es floja y sigue siendo bacardi tradicional. Sigue necesitando su mixer

I’ve never really liked Bacardi more than just in a drink. But this dark 10 year old was a lot better than expected. So even if you don’t like Bacardi you should definitely not skip trying this one.

Silky smooth. No real burn. Not too sweet. Goes down well. Light on the pallet in my opinon.

Bacardi did something right on this one great value for money and a smooth rich taste in an elegant bottle !

Smooth sipper, not the most memorable, but solid. Prefer the more rugged 8 year.

First aroma and flavor is raw alcohol. Butter and spice come after. Not a sipper

Smooth with notes of Vanilla, Molasses, Smoke, Oak and Spice. Absolutely great neat sipper.

It's got a little bit of sugar added but in general, a decent Spanish style rum.
