Smooth. Tasty. Neat or in my favorite mixed drink, Pain Killer. This is a favorite of mine.

Ever since my first taste of this, I’ve loved it. In-your-face unique rum.!

Better stuff at this price point but it's still nice once in awhile.

It’s a good tool to have in the cocktail toolbox but is more of a cheap trick than an interesting rum. By itself it tastes watery yet alcoholic. There is a slight dark roasted molasses note in there somewhere

Very strong brown sugar smell. Sweet, but with a small burn. Wasn’t terrible neat, but this makes a fantastic Dark and Stormy. Tastes just like a ginger snap

I was pleasantly surprised when I opened this bottle. The color is very dark, the nose is filled with molasses and vanilla with underlying notes of oak. You’ll find a very sweet flavor with a little bite on the end. I would recommend drinking this as a dessert rum.

This is my favorite rum for Dark and Stormy. Nice molasses notes.
