Jak mě postupně přitahuje svět nedoslazovaných rumů, řekl sem si po troše průzkumu, že tuhle láhev musím mít. Ta prostá láhev je pastva pro oči, elegantní, prostě elegantní. Vůně lehce štípe do celého nosu, připomíná mi exotické ovoce. Barva je světlá a moc se mi nelíbí, moc žluté (což není moje barva). Na nedoslazovaný rum sem u chuti čekal ránu do jazyka, ale příjemně mě překvapil. Je jemný a nechává příjemný štiplavý ocas. Všeho všudy opravdu pecka rum. Trochu mi v něm chybí hloubka chutí, ale na 10 let super.

Light bodied, but good overall. It does come with a bit more burn than most. Unique bottle worth keeping for special occassions, but not the best sipper.

A very nice rum with a spicy start that extend all the way through, some vanilla and a hint of all spice as well as fruits.

One of my favorites. Excellent to sip on. Notes of spice, Sherry, and tropical fruits.

Foursquare had better rums, but still this one is really good. Still have one bottle at my bar. :)

I'll be trying another one of their's soon, but this might be my all-time favorite rum... at least for right now.

I don't know what it is, but spirits aged in sherry casks are just so perfect to me... usually. This is no exception. It's an incredible rum from an incredible distiller, and I can't wait to try another one from them.

At first I have to say I usually prefer rums on the sweeter side but this one is really outstanding. I really like rums from FS distillery and this is one of the best. Aroma is full of bourbon and sherry together with vanilla and nuts. In mouth you can feel really awesome balance between oak, sherry, chocolate, vanilla, nuts and tobaccoo. Nice long finish... truly amazing rum. I can recommend this one even if you prefer sweeter rums.

Aroma is gentle, with vanilla tones. Taste is sweet (not too much-naturally) Body is oak and sherry. Aftertaste nice longer. Very good starting rum to explore "non sweetened" world.

I bought a bottle to see what all the Foursquare fuss was about. I got into rum with the sweet stuff and loved it. When I tried this my initial reaction was regret. Second time I drank it I still had regret. I had read somewhere about how to breath out when you sip stronger spirits. Thrid time drinking it, hmmm, this is pretty tasty. Fourth time, maybe I should get another bottle before they run out. Now I don't enjoy the sweet stuff as much. Give this some time and it might grow in you !
