At the Wigle Rum Distillery in Pittsburgh, PA, I found their unique interpretation of a Pennsylvania Rum, made from honey because they don't grow sugar in PA. Very floral with hints of honey on the nose, it was sweet to taste with a bourbon barrel finish.
