Very crisp and fresh on the nose, with hints of citrus that come through in the first taste. It tastes like a light agricole that would mix well in a fruity cocktail.

The proof is a little low, and there's a few flavor notes I'm not fond of.

But this is a good one. Has notes of rhum agricole, pot still, and fermented molasses. Its pretty good.

I'm a fan of the distillery. Kind of a hole in the wall in an old Industrial district.

I think it would go best with a mojito or similar type drink. I had it in an airport and had with coke. Different. Maybe too sweet so again why I think could be better in different cocktail. I got fruit notes maybe banana. Maybe nutmeg or some type of spice similar. Again different but not in a bad way. I didn’t do as sipper as I don’t think that would be good.

White rum with some soft agricole flavors, but I get a harsh fusel flavor that balances it the wrong way

The rest of their lineup is great, this one is kinda bland. It has notes of vanilla and caramel and that's about it. Not bad, but not great either. Works well in cocktails though.
