Autentico Nativo 15-Year

One of the best aged rums out there, slightly better than the El Dorado 15-year at a similar price. Amazingly smooth and makes great for drinking neat, on the rocks or mixed with coke.

The younger Nativo, with 15 years true age. Good allaround rum.

Nose: dried yellow fruits, caramel and some oak.

Taste: Light tobacco, dark Cocoa, dried apricot/ candied orange peel, a bit of pepper. Similar to the 20 yo but toned down.

A rum that plays well in cocktails. I enjoy it pure but in my opinion it shines brightest in cocktails that compliment its flavor.

Tested for sugar: 18g/l

This is a slightly sweet and Uber smooth rum that is meant for a beach, cigar, and a sunset.

A quite smooth rum, not harsh at all and a very balanced flavor

This rum is created together with the rum legend Don Pancho. It is a true 15 y aged rum from Panama. It is a medium sweet rum with taste of dried fruit, grape and raisins. A fine rum for the price.

This is great example of perfect balance, an inspiration of the Master Blender.

Is a sure shot recommendation for any occasion, for those seekers of excellence and beauty, a taste of tradition well executed, great to have straight, with a single ice, or high end mixology.

I did not expect much. Don’t ask me why, ... package, mood, whatever I don’t know ;-). However I woke up right after the first sip. So good. If I should compare to any, then it would be Plantation XO but in a different price tag. Very good. One of my favorites now.
