Tasty lightly aged rum

Color: white gold, Sauvignon blanc
Nose: Caramel, toasted marshmallow, vanilla pudding
Taste: Anise, marshmallow
Overall: It’s a nice white rum. It’s been lightly aged and then filtered so the color is very light. The most notable feature is the anise on the palate, but otherwise pretty clean. Not much of a supper, but would be good in any cocktail calling for a white rum.
