Tasted this one in a business lounge in Madrid.
It's a good rum, definitly a bacardi. I can recognized it from the molasses in the taste.
You should give this rum some time to breath.
A very underestimated rum in my opinion. Very good for the price.
I would give it more points if it were more intensive.

Smell: molasses, some alcohol, oak/old barrel, caramel, vanilla
Taste: light sweetness (caramel), vanilla, warmy taste, oak barrel, spice, warm burn on the thong
Finish: vanilla, spice, dark fruit

Sweetness: 1.5/5
Fruit: 1.5/5
Spice: 2.5/5
Mildness: 3/5

Great for mixing it with Coke or Pepsi and some ice.

It is supposed to be aged enough to drink it on it's own, but no, I still would mix it.

Lekker voor een bacardi niet de lekkerste van deze avond maar zeker niet de slechtste

This rum makes a good mixer but lacks age and has a dry burn when sipped. $29 at LCBO is the same as Bacardi Gold for a better rum.

Couldnt get hold of any Bacardi 8 (my go to standard) and was pleasantly surprised. A little thinner but had all the flavour.

I am a fan of this one, not quite for sipping but decent Cuba Libre

It's definitely a decent rum. You don't get a lot from it. But you also don't spent a lot as well) So just drink it on the rocks or use it for cocktails

Makes a quality rum and coke. Good in any cocktail needing aged rum.

Sipping will hurt, but a good crowd pleaser for mixing.
