Fantastic rum. The people at New Holland make some great beer, but who knew they could such a great rum! Smoother than a rum that costs 2-3 times as much. Not too sweet and a great finish. Comparable to Bumbu XO, but half the price.

Very good with cola. Maybe a little better than the white, even.

This rum comes alive in amber. While I liked their White - the Amber takes the title, my favorite of the trio. Rich, the visit to the barrel brings out more caramel, a touch of sweet to a nice hint of wood. Versatile, stands up for mixing - yet is just as at home over a rock; even straight up.
