Tribute to Silvano

Emmanuel Dron and Hubert Corman respectively from The Auld Alliance and Corman Collins have decided to pay tribute to Silvano Samaroli who died in early 2017 with this assembly of two barrels that come from the personal reserve of Silvano. Bottled in Scotland at 45% where he finished his aging. Straw-colored, this rum on the nose gives off very vegetal, medicinal and fruity notes on exotic fruits. The woodland arrives slowly but remains discreet. We do not find the wet wood side as the classic dying port. In the mouth, exotic fruits are always present while lightness, finesse. It is complex, very fine, we arrive on notes of cigar box, wax, old furniture in oak. Very long and beautiful finish. A superb rum.
