I found this unexpectedly in a bar in Suffolk, UK. It was fantastic, compared to the rum I expected to be offered. Quite light in flavour for a 10 Yr old rum, but very nice

N- Peppery and spices with molasses. Towards earthy with hefty oak as a good sign from proper aging that evolved the natural sweetness to complex aroma. Rye and corn at fore, with caramelized hazelnut and coffee notes to tease. (86/20)
P- Dry, natural and broad on width, fine restrained spiciness underlay with oak come thru elegantly, hints of bitter and tropical fruits. (86/20)
F- Medium, oak-y coats, minty and right balanced of sweetness and bitterness, as well peppery, sort chewy and some chili smokes. (87/21)
B/B- 87/21

FAIR 10y from Belize has a unique bottle design but very bland label. Color is pure gold, surprisingly light for a 10y old rum. Smell is strong wood indicating long whisky aging. Taste test reveals a dry woody whiskylike rum, but plenty of exciting flavors. Mild burn at the end.
It’s around about 90% Bajan with nice light notes of vanilla and toffee, a little spiced oak.
"It doesn’t burst with fruit flavours and the taste is actually quite “boozy” and a little young."

Too strong 8 out of 10

Alc % (66.5!) is too strong for me to enjoy straight.
Need a bit of water or ice cube to slowly melt in.
Nose very complex but palate is a bit disappointing.
