N- With the knowledge of malt distilling, trust this rum would not go too wrong. Despite the nuance of new make are apparent, nicely overlay with grapefruits, citrus, nutty and vanilla, scents of mineral emerged with curious salty tang and soy sauce, get more coastal as it developed, with Bunnahabhain comes to mind. P- Citrus, cane and zesty, round up with fine weight and enough body for pleasantly full mouthfeel. (85/19)
F- Medium, dry, tropical fruit with hint of caramel and coconut. Some burnt salt. (85/19)
