Tried most of the Ron de Jeremy rums, with mixed results. This is the worst of the bunch, by far. This will probably sit in the cabinet, at the back, for a long time.

This went even beyond the normal spiced. Truly hardcore. Unfortunately, I find it impossible to sip. Was drinkable with coke and lemon/lime. I would pass next time.

I usually don’t drink rum in cocktails, but this one was better with Cola. Straight its just like a liquor . . .

For mixing only.. Artificiell taste and smell. Tasted it with gingerbeer and it distroyed it. Thumbs down for this rum, similar taste in Don Papa.

Tried 4 different Ron de Jeremy's back-to-back on the very first day of the year. The XO has the deepest dark color of these 4 rums. Semi brown color for the Hardcore Edition and for the Spiced rum. Very light amber color for the base Ron de Jeremy. The Spiced Hardcore Edition has an offputting artificial smell to it and a cinnamon vanilla extract to the throat. At 47% is not that nasty, but its still all artificial and nothing authentic.
