On its own it’s to sweet and light, pour in some dark rum and you’ve got yourself a treat

Smooth and delicious. I just wanted to pour a tall glass a drink it.
The problem is how do you rate this? I want to give it a 10 for flavor and a 0 because it doesn't taste of rum... or alcohol.
It's just banana flavored milk with an ABV about as strong as wine.

So maybe you want to use it in a cocktail? Fine, but be careful, it does curdle with acidic juices.

I just don't see the point of this. Buy banana flavored milk or blend some bananas into milk. Add good rum and you're better off.

Tasted November 22 2023 at the Forbidden Hole, from a tiny bottle.
Appearance: creamy. Milky creamy.
Aroma: banana ice cream shake, is the closest I can come to identifying an aroma.
Flavor: this tastes like melted banana shake.
I am not averse to this beverage.

In the nipper bottle for an overpriced $1.50 from Toys R Us Liquor. Pours a light yellow opaque color. Aroma true to form: bananas and cream. Flavor is a pleasant banana that does not seem fake. Mouth is milky and silky. This will cocktail nicely in many cream based tiki drinks. I will not apologize for liking this.

I agree with one thing from other reviewers...I can't rate this as rum, it's a low-proof banana liqueur and you can barely taste the alcohol, but that can be a GOOD thing with liqueurs.
While Kenny Chesney's musical approach isn't my personal cup of tea, he's done a good job with this stuff...it's almost like Bailey's with an infusion of fresh bananas. I drink it from a rocks glass with crushed ice, sometimes as a nightcap. I get no sense of artificial ingredients and there's no lingering aftertaste (listen up, Bumbu). I dislike candy-like sweetness but unlike other reviewers I don't get a sugar overload here. As another reviewer said, if you add a generous splash of dry dark rum it kicks it up a notch and is very tasty.

Ok Kenny. One of your better genuine simulated fake rums but it still sucks. What is this sweet garbage anyway? It isn’t rum. Banana extract, a tiny splash of grain alcohol and water. I have news for you Kenny. That is NOT rum. That crap you call music is not music and the stuff you drink that makes you think your music is good is NOT rum!

I've tried a few sips of this rum. It is extremely banana forward. /the cream helps add extra sweetness to an already sweet rum. If you don't love sweet banana flavors, I'd steer clear of this one.

Too sweet for me, needs to be used as a mixer only! It might do well in any tropical drink that requires banana, or a Bahama Mama. Drinking this on its own is just not doable for me, can’t taste any Rum, just overpowering Banana Cream. But I’m guessing it’s made to be a mixer, I Just like to taste all my alcohol as a stand alone first to really gauge it.

I’m a fan of the BCB rum cream line in general but, this is probably my least favorite among them. To me, this one tastes the most artificial. It’s still good (in doses, as it is super sweet!) but I’d have all of the others ahead of this one....unless we’re making pudding shots for a tailgate or pool day.

It goes without saying rum is my favorite type of rum and having just turned 21 I’ve been trying to try as many as possible. The Bluechair Bay Banana Cream Rum has a rough first taste with a great after tatse of bananas. It’s definitely not something you wanna drink all day simply because it’s so creamy your bound to have an upset stomach towards the end of the night. As a banana fan I have to say it’s a rather great choice.
