Smell: burned suggar, sherry, wood, dry fruit
Taste: caramel, spice, alcohol, paper (like agricole), some bitterness
Dry fruit in the aftertaste

Too tart for me. I don't like the agricole taste.
Can not enjoy it.

Sweetness: 2/5
Spice: 2.5/5
Fruit: 2.5/5
Mildness: 2/5

Brown sugar, wood, leather, vanila. Some delicate sweetness. Warming. Recommended.

I bought it in Panama and the night before I had drinked some aged Abuelo rum. So I asked and someone said it was really better. But I wouldnt recommend it. Color very dark, strong for the nose and heavy to dring. It could improve if you use ice or mixed it.

I must admit. Ron Panama is not a brand, that I know a lot about. So it was with an open mind, that I went to try this bottle.

Nose: A little harsh, but with notes of chocolate, warm leather and marzipan
Taste: Chocolate, marzipan, ginger and some peber in the aftertaste to spice it up
Overall: This is not a bad rum, but it feels unfinished. It feels like it tries to please people, who want something "fresh" and people who want something sweet. It ends in a bit of a "mush", where it would fail to please either. There is potentiel, though.

I found this rum to be too strong smelling. I decided to put it in a decanter and leave it for a bit. I added an ice ball and it was delicious the 2nd time around. Give it a is tasty.

Rum tasting with my buddy in Tampere continued with Ron Panama 1914 Edicion Gatun. Very nice bottle and label design. Amber color. Strong vanilla extract mixed with oakiness to your nose and palate when neat sipped. Dry and short burn at the end.

This is little bit below average. I would not dring it again

Fiind mai "tare"(41,3%), doar pe aftertaste apar arome destul de interesante dar și un pic de zahăr. E ok de încercat, odată, on the rocks :)

20ml uit een advent kalender. Panamese rum zacht, beetje karamel en hout. Niet boeiend genoeg.
