much sweeter than expected it is a good rum if you like sweet i expected a bit more for the money but is definitely a good rum for me
update: the more I drink it the better it gets this is a real quality rum

Balance nose with chocolate, caramel, cherry finish! Cheers to that!

Was für ein Tropfen. Die erste Berührung im Gaumen ruft eine wahre Geschmacksexplosion hervor. Das ist das beste was ich bisher getrunken habe.

Really a great experience of a sweet rum, but not to sweet, tobacco, lakrids, vanilla.... it is now in my bar all the time

Sweet as you would expect from AHR but also full of the fruits. Nise cherry on palate and candied fruit in aftertaeste.
The price (approx. 100Eur in Czech Republic) is a bit higher than I would like to pay, but dwfinitely try it if you will habe choice.

I tasted the whole rum calendar from AH Riise, and most rums are quite similar and all very sweet. But this is a birthday present, also because of the beautiful glass, and you can also drink it, especially my wife likes it :-)

Ochutnal jsem celý rumový kalendář od AH Riise, a většina rumů si je dost podobná a všechny moc sladké. Tento je ale narozeninový dar, i kvůli krásné sklenici, a pít se také dá, především chutná mé ženě :-)

When I sniff it for the first time, my eyebrows rose. I smelled vanilla, caramel, orange peel and a hint of marzipan with marshmallows and tutti frutti in a pleasantly sweet veil. The scent is strong but balanced, creating an interesting complexity. There's a ton of sugar, obviously. Very sweet rum. The taste contains all the flavors mentioned above, enriched with a hint of oak. Silk smooth with no burn. Very complex taste. Amazing luxury bottle. For lovers of sweet rums, it's a clear 10. For my personal taste it could be a less sweet, but to be fair... this is nearly perfection. I like some sweet rums but some dry ones too. I rate what is packed here and if the bottle can offer you something, not if theres a ton of sugar or not. Get one while you can !
