At 2017 Rum Fest in London, St Nicholas Abbey released a 60% vol White - it looks identical to the White, but with a "Overproof" label at the bottom of the bottle. The White was always one of the more sippable White Rums and the overproof version improves on that.
Ideal on fruit under ice-cream.
Probably good for cocktails (I dont drink them).
