A mixture of 2 agricultural rum and pure juice made from monovarietal red cane from Guadeloupe (Longueteau (column)) and Mauritius (Chamarel (column)) with a period of rest and oxidation lasting several weeks. rum is very fresh in the nose with notes of vegetal, mineral or earthy, on the palate it is on pastry notes, very butter with a nice warmth in the mouth, a very nice length and a slight salty side. Nice one.
