The color in the glass is yellow with a touch of orange, and a slight haze - the bottler does not use caramel coloring, so this is probably a natural color, and the rum was probably not chill filtered

Aroma is very rich, sweet and inviting, over-ripe banana, candy, wet earth, woodchips.

The taste is fresh and lively, with a lot of sweet and fruity tones, complemented by some tannin astringency in the finish. The rum begins on the sweet side, but dries up towards the finish which is pleasantly woody.

This is a fantastic, fresh and honest sipping rum, highly recommended!

Chuť: Míza, syrové dřevo, karamel, postupně stále víc suchý. V závěru hořkne. Kakaová suchost, závan okurkového láku. Lehce svíravé taniny. Po odmlce dochuť až olivově dezinfekční. (82 b)
